Over the weekend Olive was scampering in such a clumsy and doofus-y way that Darrell looked at her and called her a “Yeti-doodle”. It made me laugh out loud AND reminded me that I hadn’t paired her new Wood in the Wild YETI(!!!) tag with her new black Papi and Company collar. Our Wood in the Wild tags? These are wearable art my friends! Olive’s best friend’s mom saw one dangling around her neck during a play date and asked me what it was. I told her all about WITW and then she looked at it again, looked at me, and said “so it’s like jewelry.” And I thought…YUP. Exactly. Samantha paints each piece by hand using found wood in Alaska so each piece is totally unique. We have five tags. Our sixth is on its way. It’s an addiction. NBD.
