We have two cats (the bears!) and a dog and having a game plan for them was an important part of our prep for Hadley to ensure a smooth transition postpartum. Here are some of the things that were most helpful to us.
One of the hardest things about pregnancy and postpartum with chronic illness was all of the uncertainty about how my body would respond to the whole process.
